Susan Hollar

Susan Hollar, EagleTC’s operations manager, oversees major customer accounts for the firm. As part of her pivotal roles and responsibilities, Hollar works with the management team to identify business opportunities while ensuring that global teams achieve the highest standard of client deliverables. Her substantial organizational development and business analysis experience also contribute to the firm’s recruiting programs and long-range planning.

Hollar comes to EagleTC with extensive experience in the automotive industry. She served as an application engineer and business analyst with Ford Motor Company, where she focused on the firm’s TeamCenter program and trained over 300 users in the program. She was also a leader with the General Motors TeamCenter Implementation Team, responsible for more than 500 daily users. Hollar earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Michigan – Flint.
