Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Support validation and testing of OEM Over-the-Air (OTA) update systems.
- Execute test cases to verify OTA software download, installation, rollback, and update status reporting.
- Assist in monitoring vehicle and server-side OTA status logs to identify and report update issues.
- Document and communicate OTA validation results, anomalies, and test summaries to the engineering team.
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of vehicle infotainment and connected car systems.
- 2 -5 years of experience in Infotainment OTA testing.
- Familiarity with Over-the-Air (OTA) update processes, including navigation and media data updates.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for test result tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Systems/Science/Engineering.
- Valid driver’s license & satisfactory driving record.
