Business Development Associate

Job Summary:
EagleTC is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to work remotely
from Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Executive Team and play a key role in
managing customer relationships, generating new leads, and supporting overall business development
initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and
fluency in English.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate customer and sales data.
  • Send emails and follow-up communications with prospects and existing clients in a professional and
    timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings between the Executive Team and prospective customers, managing calendars
    across time zones.
  • Research and understand potential clients’ businesses to tailor outreach and communication
    effectively.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Track, report, and improve outreach metrics and customer engagement results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in business development, customer relations, or sales support.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); confident in professional communication with international
    clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms, email tools, and social media channels for business purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and align with US working hours. (Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM
    Jordan time).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation.
  • Prior experience working with US-based companies or in the automotive industry is a plus.
