|Michael Mann is the director of business development at Open Mobile, a privately held software company whose mission is to enable apps that are developed for Google Android operating system to run on devices which do not have the Android operating system. He is responsible for developing strategy for cultivating and managing new global automotive business opportunities. Prior to joining Open Mobile, Michael spent over 2 years with S1nn North America where he held the position of senior director for business development. He was responsible for identifying and managing new opportunities in North American automotive industry. He successfully established S1nn brand by demonstrating capability and corporate competence with targeted customers. Successful in obtaining and executing business with an Asian automotive OEM. Prior to joining S1nn, Michael spent over 14 years at Harman International (NYSE:HAR). He started his career as a senior application engineer where he successfully sold first surround-sound application in the automotive market, with the highest margins and the highest per-unit sales price in the company history. He also opened and cultivated new mid- and senior-level contacts with potential high-value customers (Hyundai, Chrysler, BMW, LG). Michael was then assigned the position of technical account manager where assessed, cultivated and managed new business opportunities in North American automotive market: speech recognition and wireless technologies, integration opportunities (e.g., Bluetooth), speakers and amplifiers. He led a team for an awarded global telematics business valued at $35 million annually over a period of 3 years. He then moved to the software test organization where he assigned the position of senior manager overseeing all validation activities for Harman infotainment systems. He was later assigned the position of the product owner for developing the next infotainment system for General Motors. Michael 20 plus year dynamic career has spanned the consumer electronics, automotive and defense industries with high level profile positions in sales and business development, engineering and executive management. Michael earned the Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, USA.|

Vin Viswanathan is the Head of regional marketing for the Chrysler & Dodge brands
in the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) portfolio of products, and also manages the
regional incentive strategy for all brands in the portfolio in the West Business
Center spanning 8 states and ~ 300 automotive dealerships. In this capacity, Vin is
responsible for leading sales growth and contributing ~ $ 1B of earnings from a
retail perspective for the company.
Prior to his current role, Vin was the Controller for the Dodge & SRT Brands, responsible for collaborative decision-making across commercial finance (pricing, incentives, media), supply chain and sales operations for the brand at the FCA headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The scope of decision making also spanned mix, pricing and launch strategies on multiple products helping define the strategy for vehicle platform finance. This cross-functional commercial and finance team leadership helped support over $ 1.5 B of annual earnings from the brands for the company in 2015.
Concurrent to his Brand Controller role, Vin also spent time in Brazil helping redefine all commercial finance decision-making and group restructuring at FCA LATAM. These activities have now been completed with a refined strategic focus and commercial execution for the entire region.
Vin also started at FCA with responsibilities for strategic competitive projects, business development finance and oversaw the national incentive competitive analysis and strategy team.
Prior to FCA, Vin has extensive experience in Treasury, over $ 20 Billion of securitized asset deal structuring leadership working with banks, and supporting the management of an $ 8 Billion investment portfolio at a non profit. These experiences have come at Fortune 500 companies like Stryker Corporation, Ally Financial, and prior to FCA at the not for profit W.K.Kellogg Foundation.
With a foundation built on finance and a strategic focus on sales & marketing Vin has built a dynamic career with a penchant for taking on innovative game changing projects, leading cross functional teams and putting strategies into precise execution on a global scale.
Vin has earned Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He also earned the Bachelors of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University, Michigan.
